– A copy of one of the following documents: Financial statements of the latest 02 years of the investor; Commitment to financial support of host company; Commitment to financial support of the financial institution; guarantee the financial capacity of investors; documents explaining the financial capacity of investors;

– Proposed land use needs; Project case did not suggest the State land, land rental, allow the transfer of the land use purpose shall submit a copy of the rental agreement in place or other document confirming that investors have the right to use the venue to implement investment projects;
